Each of these shows has its own unique character. Every one is worth your attention. I've added some commentary based on my personal experience. Be sure you tell me when you come to my booth that you read about the show on this website.

April 29 & 30, Fairfax Corner Fine Arts Festival
(4100 Monument Corner Drive, Fairfax)
This terrific festival, in its second year, is promoted by the same folks that run the King Street Festival in Alexandria. Just like last year, this show will feature artists from around the country bringing their beautiful
work to Fairfax. Hope you’ll come by and say hello. Saturday 10-6 & Sunday 10-5.
May 6 & 7, 46th Annual Arts in the Park, Richmond, Virginia
Richmond’s biggest and best festival of the year. 450 artists from around the region descend on Byrd Park for two days of wonderful arts and crafts. Park free at City Stadium and take the free shuttle or come early and snare a parking place in the neighborhood surrounding the park. There’s lots to see so be sure and bring your walking shoes. I’ll be in the front row adjacent to Rugby Road. I’ll look forward to seeing you! Saturday 11-6, Sunday 11-5. Come early, I’ll be ready!
May 13 & 14 Bethesda Fine Arts Festival
(along Auburn, Norfolk and Del Ray in the Bethesda Triangle)
You’ll find my booth at the corner of Norfolk and Auburn . This show has become one of my all time favorites because of the great friendly neighborhood vibe, the terrific live entertainment both days and the great food! Oh did I mention the art! 130 of the country’s best will be presenting their beautiful hand made work. Saturday 10-6 & Sunday 10-5
May 20 & 21, Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival, Reston, Virginia
This amazing show is the number #1 festival on the entire East Coast! You’ll see art work here that you won’t see anywhere else in the region. Artists compete for the 200 booth spaces and the crowds are epic. If you haven’t been, mark your calendar now. Saturday 10-6 & Sunday 10-5. Downtown Reston is full of great restaurants and shops and has several multi-story parking decks for your convenience.
June 2-4, 24th Annual Frederick Festival of the Arts, Downtown Along the Beautiful Carroll Creek
Come to beautiful downtown Frederick and enjoy the unique work of more than 120 artists along the Carroll Creek . Hours are 7-9 Friday, 10-6 Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday. There are 5 large parking decks within easy walking distance plus the town is full of interesting shops and restaurants.
June 10, Old Town Arts & Crafts Festival at Waterfront Park
(at the end of King Street and the river)
This one day festival is packed with terrific arts and crafts from the regions finest artisans. Hours are 10-6.
Come to Old Town, peruse the artwork and dine at one of the terrific cafes in the neighborhood.
June 16-18, Columbia Festival of the Arts, Lakefront, Columbia, MD
This fun festival returns to the Lakefront and features a wonderful array of regional artisans display a diverse selection of beautiful work. June 24 & 25 Dulles Town Center, Sterling, VA
It’s been many years since I have participated in a show at this center and I always liked the easy accesibility and generous parking. Now I’m back and very excited with what I know will be a great show. Come out 10-6 on Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.
September 16 & 17, 15th Annual Alexandria King Street Festival, Old Town Alexandria, VA
We’ll be closing down King Street for the weekend at this fantastic festival in Old Town. This show just gets better and better every year. Couple that with all the great restuarants in Old Town and you can easily make a day of it. This terrific festival draws talented artists from all over the country. September 23 & 24, 6th Annual Leesburg Fine Arts Festival, Downtonw Historic Leesburg, VA
My second year at this popular outdoor festival in beautiful historic Leesburg. October 8, 11th Annual McLean Festival of the Arts, McLean, VA
Another terrific one-day festival with some fantastic regional art as well as all day entertainment, plus lots of fun for the kids. This show is staged in a shady park setting in white tents almost like a fantasy village. Last years show was great fun. I hope you’ll be able to attend. 10-5 on Sunday only . October 14 & 15 Bethesda Row Fine Arts Festival, Bethesda, MD
An oldtimer that has garnered a reputation as one of the regions’ best shows! An absolute “don’t miss” with 190 artist’s from around the country vying for a booth on this special weekend. Live entertainment all weekend, plus the best of Bethesda’s wonderful eateries. Come early to grab a parking spot in one of the multi-level parking decks. My Booth is #35B on Bethesda Avenue. November 17, 18 & 19 53rd Annual Richmond Craft & Design Show at the Science Museum, Broad Street
I am delighted to be among the small group of artists who received invitations to this show. You will see amazing crafts in an intimate setting unlike any show I do. December 2 & 3 OPEN STUDIO at the artist’s home in Washington Grove, MD
Come see where it all happens! I’ll be converting my studio into a gallery, displaying all the new and old work especially for you.
